With such a great reputation behind it, many fans were amazed to see the Spider-Signal appear in the end credit scene of Captain America: Civil War, with Peter discovering the gadget on the web shooters that Tony Stark had built for him, unlike its comic counterpart which is located on Spidey's belt. The Spider-Signal has been a staple and unsung apart of Spidey's vast arsenal of tiny little gadgets since its first appearance in The Amazing Spider-Man #3 way back in 1963.
